Welcome to my website. If you are considering buying or selling a home, I would like to be able to provide you the information that you need. People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that. In today's fast paced market, part-time agents and inexperienced agents can misguide you and casue you to lose out on what may be your dream home.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I spend hours previewing all of the new homes on the market and am involved in the community. You won't just see me when I am out looking at house --- stop and say hi when you see me at community events as well.
